SHIPPING POLICY
Bonnie's Snak Shak is proud to offer same-day shipping on most of our products, excluding block ice makers, as long as the order is made Monday-Friday, prior to 4 PM. If the order is received after 4 PM, or on the weekend, your order will be filled on the next business day.

We ship via USPS and FedEx, depending upon the size and quantity of your item(s), as well as the estimated shipping cost.

Arrival dates are generally 3-5 business days after you place your order, with the exception of international shipments and/or freight shipments.

RETURN POLICY
At Bonnie's Snak Shak, we stand by our products being of the highest quality. So much so, that we offer a full refund on products that do not meet your expectations, if returned within four weeks from arrival date (or purchase date, if you purchase in-store), with the following exceptions:

Equipment/Machines: For all equipment/machines, all sales are final. We do back all of our equipment with a lifetime warranty. If an issue was to arise with your equipment/machine, please contact us so we can find a solution.
Flavor Concentrates: Our return policy stands for our 32 oz & gallon flavor concentrates, unless there is more than 1/3 of the bottle used. All sales are final on our 4 oz., sample-sized concentrates.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via cash, major credit cards and/or PayPal.
For our local customers: We accept all of the above payments plus Apple Pay and checks.
Checks are only accepted with a valid license or state-issued ID.
